Box Score Bryn Athyn, Pa- The Bryn Athyn Lions moved to 2-0 to start off the 2015 season with 3-0 win over Hunter College. The Lions were led by 2 goals by David Camara and a goal by Mohamed Kamara.
Mohamed Kamara started the scoring at 14:55 mark of the 1st half with an unassisted goal. Defensively the Lions were able to hold the Hawks to zero shots on goal led by backs Sabastian Rosero and Abdul Sule.
The second half saw the Lions take control of the game controlling the flow of the game. With numerous attempts in the Hawks end the Lions struggled to finish their opportunities. But finally Camara with 2 great individual efforts scored 2 goals in the 81st and 85th minute to secure the win.
Goalkeepers Damilare Adeleye made one save in the second half and anchored the second consecutive shutout for the Lions.
The Lions are right back in action again tomorrow as they travel to Cairn on Sunday September 6th at 3:00 pm.
