In support of Bryn Athyn College's primary mission to enhance students' civil, moral and spiritual life, through a program that fosters commitment, sportsmanship, and charity, the sports medicine department will strive to develop programming founded on integrity, accountability and scientific best practices. In keeping with this mission, we will provide professional and efficient care that will assure a positive healthy experience, that improves the quality of life, as well as athletic success.
The Philosophy of the Athletic Training Room
- To serve as the source of care and referral when necessary for all Bryn Athyn College student-athlete.
- To provide the highest level of care for all individuals participating in athletic activities, by utilizing the most current and evidence-based techniques.
- To facilitate communication between all student-athletes, primary care personnel, coaches, and administrators.
- To utilize the best practice standards of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), and the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer's Society (PATS), and the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) to provide the safest conditions possible for the participation in athletic activities by all student-athletes.
THE STUDENT-ATHLETE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING A PHYSICAL AND COMPLETING ALL FORMS BEFORE THE START OF SPORTS PARTICIPATION. ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AND REVIEWED BY THE BRYN ATHYN SPORTS MEDICINE STAFF

MUST complete the Bryn Athyn College Sports Physical Form. After it is completed, upload the document to your ATS Portal for review

MUST complete the Bryn Athyn College Student Health and Wellness Pre-Participation Packet.

MUST complete the Baseline Impact Concussion Exam.
If you are being medically treated for ADHD, the NCAA requires the completion of the form below by your supervising physician.
