BRYN ATHYN, Pa - The Lions field hockey team saw their senior day spoiled by the Chargers in a 5-0 loss. Prior to the game, Coach Heather Schauder and the field hockey program honored their three seniors: Danielle News, Kailey Brower, and Savannah Zazulak.

How it happened

• The visiting chargers got on the the board first with two goals two minutes a part in the first quarter
• The Lions settled in and did not relinquish another goal until the 18 minute mark of the second quarter
• Halftime score was 3-0. 
• The score would stay even in the third frame. The Lions were opportunisitic offensively with a few shots.
• The Chargers put the game away in the fourth quarter with two goals to ice the game and the win at 5-0.
