BRYN ATHYN, PA. - The Bryn Athyn women's basketball team defeated Cedar Crest College on Saturday, February 11^th with a final score of 60-35.

How It Happened

• Bryn Athyn absolutely dominated in the first quarter by outscoring Cedar Crest 17-2.
• In the second quarter, Bryn Athyn gave Cedar Crest more leeway and allowed them to score 13 points.
• By halftime, the Lions were still up significantly with a score of 27-15.
• In the third quarter, Cedar Crest still had not come close.
• Bryn Athyn's overall team efforts showed, which allowed them to finish the third quarter 42-27.
• To finish out the game strong, Bryn Athyn put their heads down and stayed focused. They outscored the Falcons 18-8.
• The final score of the game was 60-35, Bryn Athyn.

"It was a great all-around effort for our team today on Senior Day! We knew our defensive effort had to be on point, and we locked in for 40 minutes and got stops. The rebounding effort was outstanding today as well, and that played a big role in the outcome. It's always great to win one for your seniors on days like this, and we appreciate all that Terrae, Aida, Alisha, and Kearah have done in their time here to help us build this program to where it is today.
