Coach's Corner
"It was a back and forth game as we expected it to be. It's tough to go on the road in the postseason and we've found ourself in that situation two years in a row, but I'm proud of the way we fought for 40 minutes and showed a ton of heart. I'm super proud of our seniors
Kaylia Duncan,
Kearah Henry,
Terrae Lewis and
Aida Barry and grateful for all they've done to help us elevate our program. We appreciate all the support we received from our campus community this season, and it's right back to work toward the future."Â - Head coach
Travis Ponton.
Notes
- Bryn Athyn did a solid job defensively, forcing 18 Saint Elizabeth turnovers and bringing in 27 defensive rebounds.Â
- Offensively it was simply not the Lions' day. They missed an outlier amount of field goals (43) and shot just 29.5% from the field.
- Bryn Athyn finishes the season 13-11 overall and 11-6Â in CSAC play, having qualified for the conference tournament in back-to-back seasons.Â
