Coach's Corner
  • "It was a tremendous effort by our team tonight on the glass, first and foremost. Rebounding, especially on the offensive end, comes down to effort and also some technique, and to set a program record on the glass tonight is a credit to our ladies. We played solid defense in the half court against a dangerous offensive team as well. I thought Xion Spence played a really complete game on both ends and earned that double-double, and Zhymani Smith, Yonique Reynolds, and Alexa Osafo-Mensah really did what we needed them to do as well. We will take a few days here for Thanksgiving, and then it's right back to work with a 3 game week kicking off Monday at home." -Head Coach Travis Ponton
