Coaches Corner
  • "We really came out tonight and played lights out from start to finish, and I couldn't be more proud of our team for that. We were in attack mode on both ends, and we maintained that intensity, execution, and focus for 40 minutes against an experienced team. Zhymani Smith turned in another absolute gem of a game, super efficient and locked in. Malia Bullock turned in our 2nd immaculate shooting night of the season. Up and down the line up, it was players making plays and everyone moving together in the right direction. To get to 10 wins before Christmas break is a huge mark for our program, and the credit for that history goes to our young women and our coaching staff who show up every day and keep building. We will get back to work here heading into the break, and look forward to our DI exhibition against a very good UMBC team after the holidays"  - Head Coach Travis Ponton
