Bryn Athyn College

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15):

Marbach dressed in all 30 games while contributing 21 goals and 43 assist for 43 points. He finished tied for second on the team in assist. He finished in the top 10 in ACHA D-III points and was top 5 in the DVCHC in points.  Marbach opened the season with a 5 point game against University of Delaware on October 25, 2014. Marbach netted two hat-tricks one against Richard Stockton University and the other against Rowan University.  He also recorded four game-winning goals.  He was tied for second in power-play goals with 6 and tied for third in power-play assist with 19.  He contributed 4 short-handed assist. He recorded at least one point in 29 games.  He had ten 2 point games and six 3 point games and had a career high 5 point game against Richard Stockton University during the DVCHC National Championship game. During the DVHC playoffs tallied a team high 4 goals and a team leading 5 assist while helping the Lions win the DVCHC National Division Championship. In the ACHA National tournament he finished with 2 goals and 1 assist in 4 games.  He recorded his first ACHA National tournament goal against University of Northern Colorado. Marbach was selected to represent the Lions in the DVCHC 2014 – 2015 All-Star game. Marbach was awarded the Male Comeback Player of the Year. He finished the year with a plus/minus rating of +41 rating.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14):

Marbach played in all 7 games. He scored his first goal against Southern Connecticut University on November 21, 2013.   Marbach recorded 6 goals and 13 assist for 19 points.  Marbach recorded one game-winning goal against Southern Connecticut University. He netted 1 power-play goal while adding 5 power-play assist.  He finished the year with a plus/minus rating of +14 rating. 

BEFORE BRYN ATHYN COLLEGE:

Marbach spent two season playing for the Philadelphia Junior Flyers of the AJHL. He skated in 84 career games with the Little Flyers and totaled 23 goals and 38 assist for a career 61 points.  During the 2010 – 2011, season Marbach skated in 41 games netting 10 goals and adding 12 assist for 22 points. In 2011 – 2012 he finished with 39 points in 35 games. He scored 13 goals and added 26 assist. He finished the 2011 – 2012 season in the top 20 in overall points in the AJHL. He was a two time AJHL All-star game (2010, 2011).  In his final year, he helped led the Junior Flyers into reach the AJHL playoffs.
