Capone joins the Bryn Athyn Hockey Staff as the Director of Hockey Operations. Capone has been a part of the Bryn Athyn Athletic Program since 2018 where he serves as Head Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach. Capone is a graduate of West Chester University and California University of PA, where he earned a BS of Athletic Training and a Masters of Sports Management respectively. He is a NATABOC certified Athletic Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Hockey Coach. Capone has over 15 years of NCAA Hockey, Junior Hockey, and Youth Hockey athletic training and conditioning experience. He has previously served as athletic trainer and strength coach for the NAHL Aston Rebels, and Neumann University Men’s Ice hockey, 2009 NCAA Division III National Champions and trained 7 NCAA All Americans. Capones volunteers for the Washington Township High School Hockey Club as member of the Board of Directors. During his time as athletic trainer and strength coach, he has trained players from Professional Leagues, USHL, NAHL, NCAA Division 1 and Division III, ACHA, and youth players of all ages.
