Day 2 of the Crusader Classic Volleyball Tournament

Selinsgrove, Pa.- The Bryn Athyn College women's volleyball team fell 3-1 to New Jersey City University in the second day of play at the Crusader's Classic.  The game scores were 21-25, 25-23, 25-23, and 25-20.

Kaitlyn Brock led the team with 16 kills and three service aces. Beth Tough registered seven kills, while Eden Zecher recorded four kills and two service aces. Cathleen Curran notched twelve digs and Cree Gurney dished out 30 assists.

In game four of the tournament, the Lions were defeated 3-0 by Susquehanna University.

Brock led the team with six kills and seven digs. Tough added with six kills, while Curran notched thirteen digs and two service aces. Gurney dished out 14 assists and Cowley recorded five digs.

The Lions return to the road Tuesday, October 9th to face Valley Forge Christian. The game is slated for 7:00pm.
