Washington, DC- The Bryn Athyn College women's volleyball team defeated Trinity Washington 3-0 in Saturday night action. The game scores were 25-11, 25-5, and 25-14.  

Cree Gurney led the Lions with 11 service aces and three kills. Kaitlyn Brock added nine kills, while Taylor Davis notched three solo blocks. Eden Zecher recorded five kills and Kelsey Kowalick added four service aces. Cathleen Curran notched 10 digs, while Haley Schmucker dished out 18 assists. 

Coach Kozar expressed, "We started the weekend off with a big win. Several girls performed well which led to our win. We look to carry the momentum into tomorrow's matches."

The Lions return to the court Sunday, October 6th to play in the Washington Adventist tri-match. The games are slated for 10am and 12pm.
