Bryn Athyn, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's volleyball team defeated the University of Valley Forge 3-0 in Tuesday afternoon non-conference action.

The scores were, 25-12, 26-24, 25-17. 

Kaitlyn Brock led the Lions with 19 kills and three digs.  Taylor Davis brought down six kills, six block solos and five digs.  Jenii Bauer led the defense will 11 digs a the libero position.  Samantha Kruszon put up three kills, and 10 digs.  Catherine Kirk had 30 assists at the setter position.

Head Coach Courtney Kozar expressed, "Good win for the team tonight. We really showed our potential and growth from the beginning of the season. Having a young team, a coach doesn't always get to see such transformation this early in the season while the freshman acclimate to the college speed. I'm so proud of how we played and am excited for this weekend conference matches." 

The Lions head into the NEAC South Crossover this weekend at Penn State Abington.
