How It Happened:

In today's North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) cross-over, Bryn Athyn faced Wells College for the first match of the day and dropped an 0-3 (18-25, 21-25, 14-25) decision to the Express. The first set was competitive from the beginning, that saw eight ties between the Lions and Express. It was until the 15-15 stalemate, when the Express took advantage of aces and Lions' errors to a 25-18 conclusion.In the second set, the Lions jumped out to a quick 5-1 lead, but Wells College mirrored Bryn Athyn's run with a 5-1 run of their own to tie the game at six apiece (6-6). From there, the Lions ended up chasing the Express to a 21-25 defeat. In the third set, with most points scored from service aces and kills on both sides, it was Wells College who had the last say in the 25-14 victory. 

Lions' Top Performers

   * Taylor Davis finished with game high 12 kills on offense.

   * Catherine Kirk dished out team high 15 assists.

   * Sam Hicks paced the defense with game high 16 digs. 

Express' Top Performers:  

   * Anuhea Leite-Ah Yo, Jackie Allen, and Amanda Springer earned nine, six, and five kills respectively in the team effort.

   * Eliza Schwab dished out game high 23 assists.

   * Nadine Pershyn and Schwab paced the Express's defense with 10 and six digs respectively.

How It Happened:

After a loss to Wells College earlier, Bryn Athyn faced Keuka College in the final North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) crossover of today. The Lions hope to earn a victory but also fell to the Wolves 0-3 (17-25, 19-25, 17-25). In the first and second set, the Lions held an initial lead early in the sets but could not hold on as the Wolves sprinted past the Lions for two victories. In the third, the momentum stayed on Keuka's side as the Wolves never trailed in the 25-17 set and match triumph.

   * Catherine Kirk dished out team high 14 assists.

   * Sam Hicks paced the defense with game high 15 digs.  

Wolves' Top Performers:  

   * Tally McDonald finished with game high 11 kills.
