How It Happened:

Bryn Athyn College found themselves behind Penn State Abington 3:40 minutes into the game as junior defender Greta Sheridan was able to get past freshman goalkeeper Allison Warren for the game's first goal (1-0). Warren withstood Nittany Lion's shooting prowess as she collected five saves in the first half. Unfortunately it was junior midfielder Jill Osborn whom connected the game's second goal (2-0) for the Nittany Lions. After junior midfielder Michelle Latronica scored the third goal of the game close to the 68th minute mark (67:55), the Lions found themselves in trailing 0-3 and came away empty handed in the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest. 

Lions' Top Performers

   * Rachel McCabe and Rose Glass both took two shots, and both had one shot each going at the goal.

   * Marie Daum was the third Lions player to get a shot off.

   * Warren took the loss (3-4) with game high six saves at the goal post.

Nittany Lion's Top Performers:  

   * Latronica took game high eight shots and finished with a goal and an assist.

   * Osborn and Sheridan also had a goal to round out the Nittany Lion's scoring opportunities. Sheridan also had an assist.

   * Samantha Friend earned the win (5-4) and finished with three saves at the goal post.

   * Nittany Lions held a 14-5 shooting advantage.

   * Lions had one corner kick compared to six from Nittany Lions
