Women's volleyball tripped up at Wilson 3-0

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's volleyball team was swept by Wilson College 3-0 (27-25, 25-15, 25-22) in a North Eastern Athletic Conference match Saturday afternoon.

Hannah Dewees recorded a team-high nine kills, while posting a season-best attack percentage of .240, and seven digs. Clayshona Cogmon had four kills, five digs, and two service aces. Amber Wood racked up 18 assists, five digs, four aces, and three kills.

The Lions (1-12, 0-5 NEAC) posted their second-best attack percentage of the season of .119. In the opening set, Bryn Athyn had a .259 percentage—the best in a single set this year.

Laury Jean-Baptiste had a match-high 15 kills and a .542 attack percentage to lead Wilson (1-9, 1-3 NEAC).

Bryn Athyn welcomes Penn State Abington to Asplundh Field House for a NEAC match on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m.
