BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - The visiting Wilson College team dominated play for 34 minutes, but the gritty Lions managed to come back from 23 points down to force overtime and eventually lose 93-86.

• Wilson jumped on the Lions to take a 12-2 lead
• Bryn Athyn would cut the lead to 5 with 13:17 left in the game
• Wilson would methodically add to there lead taking a 15 point lead with 8 seconds left in the half before a Jamal Cannady Jr. buzzer beater three would bring the Lions within 12 at half
• The second was similar to the first for the Lions. The Phoenix would dominate the paint and second chance points. The Phoenix would build a 23 point lead with 6:32 left in the game
• The Lions would begin to make their comeback where they erased a 23 point deficit in the final 6:31. The run was sparked by a Jaryn McCann three pointer
• The Lions would cut the deficit to single digits with an and-1 layup from freshman guard Cannady Jr. at the 2:36 mark.
• Williams would steal off the ensuing inbounds to cut the deficit to five points
• With 47 seconds left, Burr hit a huge three pointer to bring the Lions within 1 point.
• Orr would force overtime off a steal with one second left and an attempt at the rim where he was fouled and given an opportunity to shoot two. Orr would go 1-2 from the line and force overtime
• In overtime, the first three minutes were even basketball, but two off ball fouls on Antonio Bussey would be a difference in building a five point lead for the Phoenix.
• With the Lions pressing, Wilson got a leak out at the end of the game to give Wilson the 93-86 win.

"It would've been easy for us to pack it in on this game after being down by as much as 23 with six minutes left, but credit to our guys for fighting," Coach Sean Westerlund said. "Conference play is tough and Coach Seidenburg does an amazing job. We have a gritty group of guys. We talk about stacking days and giving ourselves an opportunity to win, and we had some really good chances at it. I am proud of the reseliency of this group. I thought Scoob Orr played a heckuva game. Having Ant (Burr) and Jay (Williams) was certainly helpful. We will continue to work to be better."
