Four seniors for women's lacrosse go out on top in last regular season game at home

BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - Prior to the game against Cedar Crest, Bryn Athyn women's lacrosse program honored their four seniors: Payton Gormley, Paulina Storck, Ashley Rivera, and Tori Titano. The four student-athletes have completely rewritten the records books for the team and individually during their three years of competition. The team won big 20-1

Inside the box score How it happened
  • The Lions dominated from the onset of the game outscoring the Falcons 5-1 in the first quarter. 
  • Shea and Payton Gormley were resposnible for scoring and assisting the first six goals
  • Maria Storck netted her fourth goal of the year in the second quarter to keep building the lead to 7-1
  • Rivera scored her first goal of the year with 15 seconds left in the first half to make the score 13-1
  • The Lions put the game in cruise control in the second half, scoring 7 more goals and win 20-1

  • The Lions clinched a playoff berth in the CSAC Championship Tournament
  • The Lions won their seventh game in a row
  • Bryn Athyn has improved to 7-2 on the year
