BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - The Bryn Athyn College men's basketball team grabbed a much needed victory over Rosemont on Wednesday, 78-66.

• Jamal Cannady Jr. ignited the offense with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. 
• Will Little was unstoppable at the rim, accumulating 16 points and 5 rebounds. 
• Anthony Burr was all over the place, totaling 4 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. 
• Death, taxes and Jaryn McCann double-doubles: 17 points and 13 rebounds for the big fella, along with 4 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks. 
• Jalen Cary provided a much-needed jolt of scoring off the bench, pouring in 10 points, including 2 3-pointers made, in 17 minutes of action. 

How it happened

• This was a true wire-to-wire victory for the Lions. They started the night off with a 17-4 run and never looked back.
• A combination of excellent offensive decisions by Bryn Athyn and substandard ones by Rosemont kept the game out of reach for the remainder of the night. 
• Bryn Athyn maintained a strong lead through the end of the first half, going into the break up 39-24. 
• The Ravens made a push late, turning the Lions over multiple times in the last 3 minutes, but ultimately had their wings clipped. 
• Bryn Athyn would go on to win 78-66.

"Tonight was probably our most complete game start to finish on both ends of the floor. We did an excellent job of attacking switches and keeping everything in front defensively. The guys have been really locked into our scouts and game plans the last three games. This one was special. With the win we set the program's single season win record.
