Men's Basketball undefeated against PSU Brandywine this season

BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - The men's basketball team excelled at home against Penn State Brandywine defeating the visiting lions 78-63.

  • Will Little led all scorers with 22 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds. 
  • Jakir Hampton added 16 points and 4 assists.
  • Jalen Jackson affected the game from all angles with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. 
  • Jalen Parker provided a spark en route to 7points and 3 rebounds in limited minutes due to foul trouble. 
How it Happened
  • Both Lions teams came into the game eager to make a statement 
  • Throughout most of the half; neither team was able to take a huge lead.
  • Game was tied up at 31 through thr first twently minutes.
  • Bryn Aythn proceeded to go on the offensive attack to close the quarter on a 16-2 run to close the half. .  
  • Out of the break, the home team came out with vengeance leading to a 12-2 run and PSU timeout. 
  • Will Little gave Bryn Athyn a 21 point lead with a little over eight minutes remaining with a monstrous dunk. 
  • Bryn Aythn went on to win 78-63.

  • Our focus to start the game wasn't the level we needed it to be. We showed a greater level of competitiveness in the second half and I'm proud of the guys for turning it around in the second half. We must be better to reach our goal. Our focus now shifts to a tough Cairn team on Tuesday"  - Head Coach Sean Westerlund
