BRYN ATHYN, Pa. - The women's lacrosse team hosted Immaculata for their home opener on Wednesday, defeating the visitors 12-8.

• Shea Gormley had a gaudy stat line, totaling 5 goals, 2 assists, 3 ground balls and 12 draw controls. 
• Kira Bradley followed her up with 4 goals, 2 assists and 5 ground balls. 
• Sabrina Brock added 2 goals, 2 assists and 3 ground balls. 
• Paige Lipp added a goal on the evening as well.

  • Immaculata hit the board first scoring 2 goals at the seven and five minute marks.
  • The Lions then countered to make it 2-1, and locked the visitors up for the remainder of the period.

  • This is where BAC took control, scoring four goals in two minutes. 
  • The lions held Immaculata scoreless the entire quarter. 
• Lions went into halftime up 5-2.

  • Gormley got on the board twice in the opening two minutes of the frame, quelling any chance of a comeback from Immaculata
  • It then became the Bradley VS Immaculata show as K.Bradley single-handedly traded 2 goals with the visiting team.

  • Gormley, Bradley and Brock all added exclamation points to seal the deal for the Lions
