Women's Lacrosse remain undefeated against Cedar Crest

In 9 program matches vs Cedar Crest; the Lions remain triumphant

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The women's lacrosse team earned a conference win over Cedar Crest College on Tuesday; 15-9.

  • Adrianna Storck led all lions with 5 points (3 goals and 2 assist) 
  • Sabrina Brock was not far behind wtih 4 points (3 goals and 1 assist to go along with 6 won draw controls.
  • Xola Wade fired 4 daggers in just her second collegiate lacrosse game.

  • Kira Bradley got the Lions going less than three minutes in, with a goal assisted by Sabrina Brock
  • Paige Lipp added another one just thirty-five seconds later.
  • The Falcons would respond with a goal of their own.
  • Sabrina Brock Kira Bradley and Xola Wade closed out the final minutes of the period with three unassisted goals to make it 5-1 after one.
  • Adrianna Storck was the first on the board to lead the lions in the second quarter.
  • The home team attempted to keep it close with two more goals of their own to make it 6-3.
  • Wade would close the half with her second goal of the day giving the Lions a 7-3 lead at halftime. 
  • Cedar Crest came out swinging by scoring the first two goals of the 3rd quarter.
  • Bryn Athyn would respond shortly after with a dagger by P.Lipp four minutes into the quarter.
  • After the home team added two more goals; Breanna Smith added to the lions total and made the score 9-7 lions. 
  • Storck (2), Brock, and Wade all closed the third with goals but not before the Falcons could score again. 
  • Falcons score again in the fourth.
  • 1 more goal by Brock and Wade in the final quarter would keep the game out of reach.
  • Lions would go onto win 15-9
