Sean Ford had some great hits during the period that helped keep the puck with the lions. Scoring two goals and one assist
Zach Pamaylaon was the game point leader. Pamayalon's first goal was scored with just three seconds left on the clock, with an assist from
Landen Sill, and was an impressive shot. Going into the second period the score was 1-0 lions.
After a lot of back and forth on the ice, DJ May got the first goal of the second period with an assist from Sill and Pamaylaon. Closely after TCNJ got two consecutive goals, one minute apart, in the second period on Nabozny. Breaking the tie, Pamaylaon made his second goal with an assist from Sill. Making the score 3-2 lions at the end of the second period.
Entering into the third the lions were ready for another win. Nabozny had an amazing save on a penalty shot in the beginning of the period. TCNJ scored first in the third, tying the score 3-3. Making the game winning goal, Mike Perkett scored on TCNJ with an assist from May and Sill. Ending a difficult game with a 4-3 success, the lions proved that they can keep up and win.
