Coach's Corner
"This was big for our group. Our program has faced alot of adversity and different identities through this season, and we have landed on who we are. We have had some really tough breaks in conference losing in overtime, a buzzer beater, and a really great game against the defending champion," Coach Sean Westerlund said. "We came in here and the offense was phenomenal. We shot 60% for the game, but it's always been about stops for this team. Can we get enough stops to give ourselves an opportunity to win? I challenged our group at half and they answered the bell. So proud of all them"

Notes
  • Lions shot 60.3% from the field which is good for the second highest single game mark in program history
  • The Lions also outrebounded Saint Elizabeth 32-27. It was the second time in the season the young Lions won the rebounding battle
  • The Lions move to 2-13 on the year and 1-5 in conference
  • Saint Elizabeth dropped their first conference game and move to 3-1 in CSAC play.
