Men's Basketball routed by McDaniel

WESTMINSTER, Md. - The men's basketball team fell short on the road on Thursday, losing to McDaniel College 63-43. 
 
Inside the Box Score.  How it Happened
  • Both teams appeared eveninly match from tip-off. 
  • After nine minutes the game was tied 11-11. 
  • The lions continued to trade buckets with McDaniel and were tied at 18 with four minutes left in the half. 
  • Bryn Athyn then had a few mental lapses to finish the half allowing McDaniel to close on a 13-2 run. 
  • McDaniel led 31-20 at half. 
  • McDaniel would continue to hold onto the lead throughout the second half, leading by 19 with 8 minutes to go. 
  • The lions tried to narrow the lead but just couldn't find their offensive touch.
  • McDaniel went on the win 63-43.
