Box Score Bryn Athyn, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's basketball team falls to Keuka College 48-44 in NEAC conference action Sunday afternoon.
Kristina Clark led the Lions with 15 points and nine rebounds. Brittany Vick scored 10 points, and two rebounds. Keana Schoenagle pulled back nine rounds and scored two points.
Vick started the game with a three pointer to put the Lions on top first. Bryn Athyn capitalized on Keuka turnovers to built their lead to five points with 14:29 left, off two made free throws by Clark. The Wolfpack battled back to bring the game within three points, 12-9 at 13:05. The Lions went on a 6-1 run to build their lead to eight points with 10 minutes left in the half. Bryn Athyn kept Keuka at a distance till the last three minutes of the half, when the Wolfpack went on a 6-0 run to cut the Bryn Athyn down to four, 24-20.
Lions attacked the net first to start the second half. The Wolfpack came back with a 10-2 in six minutes to take their first lead of the game, 30-28. They were led by two three pointers to chip away at the Bryn Athyn lead. Sydney LaBat tied the game at 30-30 with a lay up at 13:34. Keuka went on a 8-1 run to extend their lead with 9:53 left in the game. The Lions came within two points, with a three by Bianca Feliciano, 40-38 with five minutes left in the game. With turnovers from both teams, Keuka capitalized on the defensive end and won the game 48-44.
