Bryn Athyn, Pa.- The Bryn Athyn College women's basketball team fell 78-66 to Penn St. Abington in Saturday afternoon action.

Kristina Clark led the Lions with 21 points and three rebounds. Sydney La Bat added 17 points, six rebounds, nine steals, and three assists, while Brittany Vick tallied 12 points and four rebounds.

Bryn Athyn took an early 8-3 lead at the 18:19 mark following a three pointer from Keana Schoennagle. The Lions held the lead until the 11:38 mark, when Penn St. Abington tied the game at 18-18 following a good free throw. The Nittany Lions picked up the momentum and took a 48-30 lead going into the half.

Bryn Athyn came out strong in the second, but it wasn't enough, as Penn St. held their lead to defeat the Lions 78-66.

The Lions return to the court Wednesday, February 4th to host Penn St. Berks. The game is slated for 6:00pm.
