How It Happened:

While the first half was competitive, it was the second half that Bryn Athyn College opened with 12 straight points and forced Penn State - Berks into a timeout. The Lions then added 10 more points for a 55-34 advantage before the Nittany Lions scored their first point in the third quarter on a free throw with 1:55 remaining in the period. 

The Lions would close out the fourth quarter comfortably despite the Nittany Lions having a slight scoring advantage and won 65-50 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference game. 

Lions' Top Performers

* Kristina Clark paced four Lions in double digit scoring with 15 points. She also grabbed 14 rebounds, seven assists, and two blocks in her double-double effort.
* Sarah Elizabeth Atunrase also had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. She also blocked game high six shots.

* Allison Warren and Samantha Hicks had 13 and 12 points respectively.

Nittany Lions' Top Performers:  

* Deanna Daddona scored game high 17 points 

* Britt Weiss scored 10 points and grabbed nine rebounds.

* Sam Huggins grabbed game high 16 rebounds.
