Women's basketball falls to Keystone

BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's basketball team suffered an 83-42 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) loss to Keystone College Saturday afternoon in Asplundh Field House.

Clayshonia Cogmon led the Bryn Athyn offense with 16 points, on 6-of-11 shooting, and nine rebounds in 32 minutes. Allie Warren added 10 points and seven rebounds, while Janalene Phillip had eight points.

Keystone (3-5, 2-0 CSAC) had five players reach double figures, led by 18 points and nine rebounds from Mayah Kitchen. Maddy Moro posted a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Khaliah Gordon had 17 points, while Savanna Robinson added 14 points.

Samy Farah came off-the-bench to contribute 10 points.

Keystone shot 43.8 percent (28-of-64) from the field, while Bryn Athyn made 31.8 percent (14-of-44) of its shots.

Bryn Athyn (0-6, 0-2 CSAC) is back in action on Wednesday, Dec. 5 against visiting Centenary (N.J.) at 7 p.m.
