BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Bryn Athyn College women's basketball team struggled to find its shot in the final quarter as the Lions suffered a 65-53 Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) loss to visiting Cedar Crest in Asplundh Field House Wednesday night.

Allie Warren broke the drought by hitting three of her four free throw attempts in an 8-second span to cut the gap to 59-49. Bryn Athyn took a game-high 34-26 left near the midway point of the second quarter thanks to a 1-of-2 trip to the free throw line by Alexis Mitchem. The Falcons answered back with eight points in a row to level the score at 34. The teams were deadlocked at 36 at halftime.

Bryn Athyn took its final lead of the evening (46-45) on a Mitchem layup with 2:58 left in the third quarter.
