BRYN ATHYN, Pa - The Bryn Athyn Lions cross country teams played host to the Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship meet on Saturday. The Lions showed well with the men placing fourth and the women third. Rafe Williams defended his individual champion crown.
Women's Race
Women's Results
The women finished third with 79 points, just 5 points shy of second place. Ciara Kiely was the top finisher for the Lady Lions, placing fourth with the time of 26:29.1. Terrae Lewis came in second for the Lions at 9th place with a time of 20:46.8. A pride of Lions finished 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 26th by the runners of Kaylia Duncan, Reilly Ward, Lily DeAngelis and Jade Deibert. All four runners finished with in 90 seconds of each other. The final runner for Bryn Athyn was Jency Brock who placed 34th at the time of 42:16. Â

Men's Race
Men's Results
The men finished fourth with 82 points. Rafe Williams successfully defended his championship placing first overall for the entire field. Williams finished four seconds ahead of the runner up. Declan Williams was the next Lion to cross the finish line by the time of 31:17. Williams finished 11th with that time. The Lions would have a group of finishers in Karl Cranch, James Dyson, Chris Fox, and Callum Homber finish 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th between the times of 35:19 and 37:43.  Trajana Frazier rounded out the field for the Lions with a 32nd place finish.Â
