WASHINGTON, D.C. - Bryn Athyn Men's Basketball traveled down to the Nation's Capital for a tilt with Gallaudet Bison in their first road game of the season and came out with a 95-84 win.

- Jaryn McCann poured in a career high 22 points while pulling down 11 boards
- Jamal Cannady Jr continued his high scoring outputs with 21 points and 5 assists

How it happened
- The Lions jumped on the Bison out the gates building a commanding 16-4 lead in the first three and half minutes
- Galluadet would catch fire from three and start chipping away at the Lion lead and would use the next ten minutes to cut the score to 31-30
- Bison would take a 49-48 lead into the break thanks in eight three pointers from Rory Lewis and Jake Schwall.Â
- The Lions would come out of the break with a renewed focus.
- McCann would open the half with a layup and the Lions would never look back
- Jalen Cary went on a 6-0 run on his own between 8:00-7:00 minute mark of the second half to build a six point lead (72-66) for the Lions.
- The Lions would hit a dagger three from Cureton with 3:31 left to play to build an 11 point lead
- The final score was 95-84

"WInning college basketball games are difficult. Winning road games are even harder. I commend our guys on their focus and grit coming into a tough place to play against a Gallaudet team who plays hard and battles for forty minutes. We have never won our first true road game in program history and our guys did that tonight. I am immensley proud of them," Coach

- With 95 points tonight, the Lions are now averaging 90 points which is good for 11th in all of NCAA Division III
- The Lions won the turnover battle 17-6
