Box Score Bryn Athyn, Pa.- The Bryn Athyn Men's Basketball team took to action, mid-week, versus the southern most team of the NEAC, Gallaudet. Bisons entered the game on a nine win conference streak and Bryn Athyn coming off a loss to Cazenovia over the weekend.
Joe Kehoe led off the game with a two from a mid-range jumper but the Bison got a hefty first half lead with a 10 point lead. The Lions narrowed the lead to two with a quick six point run. At the five minute mark the score was 23-13.
Going into the locker room the score was 33-24. Three players collected five points in the first including; Kehoe, Troy Steed, and Stephan Tucker. Raymond Nelson led the Bison with 10 points.
The second half got off to a quick start as both teams pressed the floor. The Lions picked up five in the first five minutes.
At 8:09 in the second half the Bison led 54-38. The Lions decreased the lead to 14 points at 3:52 but was unable to pull near enough to the fast-paced Bison, Gallaudet held off the Lions 66-53.
The Lions were led Kehoe with 14 total points and Steed with 11. Nelson led the Bison with 17 points and Joshua McGriff picked up a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
