Washington DC- The men's basketball team traveled south to take on Gallaudet in NEAC action. The Lions fell to Gallaudet 98-66. 

The Lions fell behind early in the game trailing by 10 points, when Christian Rivera hit a three pointer making the score 12-5 Gallaudet. With the Lions trailing 21-16, a Rahim Washington three pointer and a James Flagg lay up tied the score at 21. Gallaudet then went on a 13-0 run for the next 3:30 minutes. The Lions Nick Cereby hit a three pointer to get the lead back under 10, 34-26. Gallaudet then outscored the Lions 17-5 to close out the first half. The Lions were behind by 20, 51-31, at the end of the first half. 

The 20 point lead by Gallaudet was too much for the Lions to overcome in the second half. The Lions exchanged baskets with Gallaudet early in the half but were not able to cut into Gallaudet's lead. Gallaudet held a 90-54 lead at the 4:58 mark, Rahim Washington then scored 9 of his 12 points in the final minutes of the game. The Lions fell to Gallaudet 98-66. 

The Lions were led by Christian Rivera with 14 points and Rahim Washington with 12 points. The Lions end their season this Saturday February 20th as they travel to Penn College in NEAC play.
