Bryn Athyn Pa - The men's basketball team closed out their 2015-16 season with a 92-80 win over host Penn College on Saturday afternoon. 

The Lions final game of the season saw both teams battling back and forth during the first ten minutes of the half. With the Lions down 15-14 to Penn, Luis Martinez hit a three pointer to put the Lions up by two, 17-15. The Lions would extend their lead by eight with 5:01 left in the half when Adonis Rosario made a lay up and two Luis Martinez three pointers, 31-23. Penn would take the lead 40-38 with 38 seconds left in the half, but the Lions Adonis Rosario made a lay up with 22 seconds left to tie the game at 40. The half would end with the teams tied 40-40. 

Both teams exchanged the lead early in the second half. The Lions took the lead 49-48 after a Troy Steed dunk, from this point on the Lions never lost the lead. With the Lions ahead 58-54, Luis Martinez scored eight straight points, sparking a 10-0 run midway through the half. The Lions held of Penn to hold onto the lead. With 1:49 left and the Lions with 85-78 lead, Penn College was forced to foul to try and get back in the game. The Lions were up for the challenge, hitting 7 of 8 from the free throw line to close out the game and hold for the 92-80 victory. 

Luis Martinez had his best game of the season leading the Lions with 23 points, shooting 7 of 13 from beyond the arc. Austin Nyekan and Devante Laws both scored 14 points. Troy Steed led the Lions in rebounds with 9, adding 11 points.

The Lions 2015-16 season ends with a record of 6-12 in the NEAC and 6-19 overall.
