Game One:
Lions dropped an exhibition contest 73-67 in a closely contested game. The Lions built two separate seven point leads, but the Lions could not put the Chargers away. A three pointer with 1:12 to go from Lancaster Bible put the Chargers up 70-67 and ultimately the win. The Lions were led by
Tariq Moore with 12 points, seven steals, and three rebounds.

Game two:
Bryn Athyn closed out the four game series with LBC with a 96-58 loss. The Lions showed flashes of promise in both halves. In the first half, the Lions fell down early by ten points before a timeout from Coach
Sean Westerlund. The Lions settled in defensively but struggled to score the ball and the Chargers lead quickly ballooned to 18 points. The Lions used a burst to cut the deficit to as much as nine points, but the Chargers closed the half strong to take an 18 point lead into half. The second half had a similar tune as the first half and the Lions were handed their third loss of the season.
Bryn Athyn was led by
Anthony Burr's nine points and two assists.
Haybert Louchie chipped in eight points.
Jaryn McCann continued his steady play with seven points and eight rebounds.
What the coach said:
"I think we're learning a lot about ourselves. We scheduled tough for a reason," Head Coach
Sean Westerlund said. "LBC is one of the best, if not the best team in the NEAC. They have some experience guys and they do what they do very well. I thought we showed flashes on both ends of the floor, but we're ultimately not going to win many games when we're shooting the percentages we're shooting. On top of that we are letting that ball stick too much and we've been preaching the idea of "trust". Trust that process and trust your teammates. It will come. I am confident in that. The scoreboard does not validate our process win or lose. Love this group of guys. We're excited to take on a talented Wesley team next weekend."
