How it Happened
- Bryn Athyn led for most of the first half, getting out to a scorching 8-2 start that continued as it went up 14-9 midway through the period.Â
- Berks evened the score with about seven minutes to go thanks to strong defense and foul-drawing.Â
- The Lions' guards were too much to handle for the Nittany Lions, as they built a 5-point lead going into halftime.Â
- Out of the break, both teams exchanged buckets to the point where Bac was only up 4 with 13 minutes to go.Â
- That's when the Lions stepped on the gas. With sound offensive execution and no defensive letup, they went on an 18-9 run to seal the deal.Â
- Lions would hold on to win by 18.Â
